the lawsuits
Move Silfab has been fighting in court on multiple fronts since 2023.
overview.
The fight to Move Silfab continues—and it’s being waged where it matters most: in the courts. We are actively engaged in three separate lawsuits, each focused on holding York County and Silfab accountable for violations of zoning law, environmental permitting, and public trust. These cases are not just about legal technicalities—they’re about protecting our children, our neighborhoods, and the future of Fort Mill.
With each filing, hearing, and motion, our case grows stronger. We will not stop until the law is enforced and Silfab is relocated to an appropriate heavy industrial zone.
